They always begin with a demand - our products are always developed to satisfy a particular requirement. Either you need a series of bags or covers intended to identify your particular brand of product. Or you need a bag to protect sensitive equipment or to display your product to best advantage in a marketing situation. Whatever your requirement, your needs are presented to our design department where solutions to the problem are sketched and a proposal developed.
We have a production department with the flexibility and capacity to perform short runs of special sewing operations or large-scale cost-effective mass-production. It is your requirements which determine the optimum manufacturing process. It is often a case of the development of a product consisting of many different components. We then perform the work of assembling all the parts, in addition to the sewing of the seams, to complete a product, ready for delivery and immediate use.
